We want you to love your purchase from Indiana Beauty Empire. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Unused products in original packaging with all tags attached. Products must be in resalable condition.

NOT ELIGIBLE

What Cannot Be Returned

Used products, custom orders, clearance items, and products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Standard Returns

30 days from delivery date for a full refund to original payment method.

Exchanges

30 days from delivery date for size, color, or style exchanges.

Store Credit

45 days from delivery date for store credit on non-returnable items.

How to Return

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

Request Return Authorization

Contact our customer service at admin@indianahairempire.com or call +4407511665156 to get your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Prepare Your Package

Include the original packing slip, mark your RAN clearly on the outside of the package, and ensure items are in original condition with all tags.

Ship Your Return

Use a trackable shipping method and insure your package. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Return Reasons & Conditions

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

We cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Wrong Item Received

We cover return shipping costs and send the correct item immediately upon receiving the return.

⏱️ Change of Mind

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund issued minus shipping fees after inspection.

❌ Used or Altered Items

Not eligible for return. Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Once we receive your return, it takes 5-7 business days to process. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 3-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes! Please indicate you'd like an exchange when requesting your Return Authorization. We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference.

What if I received a damaged item?

Contact us immediately at admin@indianahairempire.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.

Do I need the original packaging?

Yes, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included. Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
