Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts: Carriers typically make 1-3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, packages will be returned to our facility.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional fees may apply).

Signature Required: Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Please note that express and overnight shipping are not available for P.O. box addresses.
